    Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item.

  • Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

    Sure you can! Just add all the products you wish to buy to your cart and then click on the “checkout” button. This way you can save on any additional shipping and COD charges!

  • Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?

    Yes, You can do so by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the ‘shipping address’

    We use trusted payment gateways like Payumoney and Paytm. These are industry-standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your online transactions at Hecmo are processed in an extremely secure environment.

  • How can I use Cashback Points to pay for my order?

    You need to be a registered Hecmo customer to earn and spend using cashback points.

    At the “checkout cart” page, you will be shown how many cashaback Points you have and their valuation.

    You can use upto 25% of your cashback points to pay for your one order.

    If you do not have enough cashback Points, you can pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.

  • How does the delivery process work?

    Once our system processes your order, it is packed by our registered sellers and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

    Our delivery partners, then bring the package to you at the earliest. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

  • How are items packaged?

    Our Sellers pack your products in boxes and other suitable packing material, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap to ensure that it arrives safely to you.

    Our Sellers dispatch most of the orders within 1-4 business days.

    This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different sellers.

    Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/COD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.

    Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

    If the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery

    If the product is used or altered

    If the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer

    Return attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

    Categories not eligible for Return:

    Consumables (e.g health supplements, pills, baby products)

    Sanitary pads and Diapers - Products should not be used, washed or dirty, The product must also be in its original box/packaging with all tags attached, to be eligible for returns.

    Promotional products (eg: Promotional lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand

  • I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

    Our Sellers and delivery partners make sure shipment arrives safely without any damage, however, there is a slight possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment or transit. If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund:

    Step 1: Login your account

    Step 2: Click on the “Return/cancel” section

    Step 3: Request a new Return/Cancel then select your order no.

    Step 4: Provide us your order details

    Once your request is received, we will be responsible to pick the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

  • How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

    In the case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse/ by the concerned seller.

    If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    If you have paid for the order using Cash on Delivery option, then we will initiate a bank transfer against your order. If you would like us to refund the amount to your Hecmo wallet that will take 24 hours.
