Cancellation , Return & Refund policy
Cancellations before Shipping:
We accept cancellation requests of ordered products if intimated via email within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. You can cancel the order by contacting our Customer Support team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 working days. Please note that if the cancellation request is sent after 24 hours of placing the order, the amount will be refunded only in the form of Hecmo store credit after the order is cancelled.
Cancellations after Shipping:
You may return the ordered item(s), or any item(s) included in the order, within 7 days of the arrival of your order. You may receive a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Please note: Hecmo ‘Returns Policy’ may vary depending on the specific nature of the products.
Refunds Possible If the Item(s) You Received:
- is different from the ones you ordered;
- are lost or damaged during transit;
- is past its expiry date;
- is a defective item.
Returns NOT Eligible If the Item(s) You Ordered:
- is without original packing/accessories.
- falls under the following product categories: Oral care (toothbrushes, toothpastes), Women care (sanitary napkins, breast relievers) and other Personal hygiene products;
- is used or tampered with.
Any cases of Cancellations or Returns that fall outside the purview of the above-mentioned scenarios will be handled on a case to case basis.
