Hecmo’s Seller Return and Refund Policy
Seller will process the returns, refunds and adjustments in accordance with the Hecmo cancellation, Return and Refund
Policies published at the time of the applicable order, and we may inform customers that these policies apply to Your Products.
Customer may return the ordered item(s), or any item(s) included in the order, within 7 days of the arrival of order. Customer may receive a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
- Product is different from the ones you ordered;
- Product is lost or damaged during transit;
- Product is defective or past its expiry date;
Returns are NOT Eligible If the Item(s) Ordered is without original packing/accessories.Hecmo ‘Returns Policy’ may vary depending on the specific nature of the products.
On Customer return, Seller can either send the new product and obtain the old shipment or can refund buyer and obtain the old shipment.
Seller will promptly provide refunds and adjustments that Seller is obligated to provide under the applicable Hecmo cancellation, Return and Refund Policies and as required by Law, and in no case later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days following after the obligation arises. For the purposes of making payments to the customer, Seller authorizes us to make such payments or disbursements from Seller available due balance. In the event Seller due is insufficient to process the refund request, we will process such amounts due to the customer on Seller behalf, and Seller will reimburse us for all amounts so paid.
Managing Buyer Returns:
If the buyer's return request is as per the Hecmo's return policy, then the return will be accepted as a refund/replacement to buyer. In such case, Hecmo shall make reasonable efforts to deliver the returned product to Seller within 15 days from return approved date. However, if no attempt to deliver the returned shipment to the seller is made within 30 days from the return creation date, the shipment will be considered as ‘lost shipment(s)’ and the seller will be compensated for the same, subject to the seller raising the claim.
In case of customer returns, Sellers shall be charged shipping fee, reverse shipping fee. Commission and Hecmo Service Fee will not be charged on customer return.
